After-sales Service Policy

In the case of normal use and maintenance of all products of Dafuguang Communication during the warranty period, the material and function of the product itself have problems and failures, which are verified.

The company will provide free warranty service.

This warranty does not apply to the following situations:

A. The product has exceeded the warranty period;

B. The user fails to follow the instructions and causes damage to the product;

C. Disassemble, repair, and modify the structure without authorization by our company;

D. Unable to provide warranty card and consumption certificate;

E. Product failure or damage caused by force majeure such as natural disasters (eg earthquake, fire).

Note: After-sales warranty service does not include product transportation costs and does not provide on-site repair services.
